The Public Service Commission (PSC) cancelled the exams for non-gazetted first class clerks (Nayab Subba) scheduled to for Saturday afternoon after question papers were leaked before the exams.
The papers of the second paper exam to be held at 4 pm were 'mistakenly' distributed to examnees of the first sitting at 1 pm
